Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed in order to respond to your enquiries, to carry out communication activities and to fulfil our legal obligations, on the legal bases set out in Articles 5/2-(c) and 5/2-(f) of the KVKK.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred only to legally authorised public authorities and to our hosting service provider, within the limits prescribed by the applicable legislation. No transfer abroad takes place.
Retention
Contact form records are retained for a maximum of two years following the resolution of your enquiry, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
